With over 30 years of global experience, Mr. Schmitt has excelled in project and construction management, pre-construction, and project development in both the private and public sectors in challenging locations. He is a resourceful team leader with excellent communication skills, highly organized and adaptive, naturally persuasive, and goal-oriented. Mr. Schmitt’s expertise includes planning, directing, and coordinating company operations, managing diverse workforces, and liaising with stakeholders.
He has provided pre-construction and pre-development services for over 30 luxury resorts and hotels in the Caribbean and worked as project Manager on construction projects in Antigua, Anguilla, The Bahamas, Sint Maarten, Cuba, China, South America, and the United States.
